There’s no comparison seeing and biting into the juicy tender meat of the actual Chamorro burger than just looking at it in photos. I let out a long whistle when I faced a plate of Hard Rock Café’s Chamorro burger which has been upgraded from the previous 8-oz regular beef. I was staring at new Chamorro burger which boasts of 10 oz Certified Angus Beef, oozing with hot and spicy Jack Cheese and served with Hard Rock Café Chef’s special sauce, and served with tomato and onion rings on a bed of fresh greens and seasoned French fries. For somebody with a small to regular appetite, you may have to take a brief rest or more time before you can consume the Chamorro burger but for hearty lovers, this is a real treat.
Hard Rock Café chief executive for Guam and Saipan Kotwal Singh said the newest addition to the menu, especially the Chamorro burger with its delectable combinations of flavors, is their tastiest burger yet.
Check out more delectable items starting with a plate of fresh greens — the Greek Salad for $12.95 which you can upgrade and add with chicken for a few dollars more. Feast on crispy slices of chips and dip on chicken spinach dip as you sip on your favorite cocktail or drink, or settle into a real meal with a plate of grilled chicken marsala, fried fish sandwich, smoked BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, California burger, veggie leggie, and grilled Mediterranean shrimp linguine.
Even by just looking at the appetizing array of these new additions without even tasting anything yet already seemed to make me full. With the servings so generous it would take you longer to get hungry again.
Linger for dessert after lunch or dinner and check out Hard Rock Café’s latest line of bites desserts, served in smaller servings to contrast the huge size of their burgers and other meal orders. Try the light, rich whipped chocolate mousse served with light chocolate sauce, the strawberry cheesecake with New York-style cheesecake filling, light Graham cracker crust and strawberry sauce, the Crème Brulee which is a rich French pastry cream topped with sugar brulee crust, or the chocolate peanut butter pie topped with roasted chopped peanuts.
