Complete dining experience at the Broadway Restaurant

BROADWAY Restaurant Buffet at the Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino is one spacious, airy dining area where you can eat at leisure.
A wide selection of international buffet from Western and Asian to local Chamorro dishes is available at the buffet table from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, which means you can still languish in bed for a couple more hours and still catch up on breakfast.
Get pampered by the friendly and cheerful wait staff as you satisfy your hunger. You can start with bottomless freshly brewed coffee or tea, and work your way to whatever catches your fancy.
You may have to make several trips from your table to the bread/cereal section, salad section, dessert, noodle section, and the main buffet section if you want to take it real slow.
The huge glass windows of the 250-seat restaurant provide diners with a view of the pool and the endless stretch of blue sea and the skies. The piped-in music adds to the relaxing atmosphere that makes your dining experience more pleasant at the Broadway Restaurant.
Right after the food crew cleans up the breakfast buffet, they start setting up the lunch buffet which becomes available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. Bar service is also available.
Broadway Restaurant- Buffet operates under the supervision of manager Geoffrey Jones Garcia and Sous Chef Ramon Apostol.
The Broadway Restaurant Buffet is at the shopping arcade of the hotel lobby. The restaurant is closed for dinner but there’s Sagano Restaurant and the Dynasty Court, both are also in the hotel.
Casino Café & Roulette Bar
Also in the hotel is a place that never sleeps — the 24-hour café that has never failed to satisfy the diversified tastes of its diners over the years.

The Casino Café & Roulette Bar serves a variety of fare featuring Asian and Western dishes. When on Tinian, whether or not you are a hotel guest, this is the ultimate destination for late night or early morning meals, when all other restaurants that operate on normal hours are not yet open.
Café manager Mary Hazel Garcia is behind the smooth operation of the café.
You can take your meals at any of the tables facing the huge flat screen TV mounted on the wall and watch your favorite games.
If you’re not hungry, you can spend time at the Roulette Bar and indulge in cup after cup of hotel-brewed coffee, cocktails or your favorite beer while you absorb the lively atmosphere at the gaming tables within your sight.
